Dr Imran Sayed Clinical director and Partner – GDC 128236 BDS (Lond, 2007), Dip Law

Imran founded our clinic with a simple aim: to create dentistry that feels personal, reassuring and genuinely well-planned.

He qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in London in 2007 and has since worked across a wide range of clinical settings throughout the UK. This has given him extensive experience in treating patients with all kinds of dental needs, from routine care to more complex cosmetic and restorative cases.

Imran has a particular interest in smile design including veneers, composite bonding and dental implants. As an experienced Invisalign provider, he has helped a large number of patients improve their smiles using clear aligner treatment, always with a focus on achieving results that look natural, feel comfortable and function well long term.

He is also a Dental Phobia Certified dentist, and is especially mindful of patients who feel anxious, embarrassed or nervous about visiting the dentist. His calm, gentle approach helps patients feel listened to, understood and in control throughout their treatment.

Imran is committed to continually developing his skills and keeping up to date with the latest advances in dentistry, including recent training in dental implant techniques in Cambridge, London and the Middle East. He combines modern, evidence-based materials and techniques with careful planning and clinical experience, helping his patients achieve predictable, long-lasting and aesthetic results.

He has also completed a diploma in the medico-legal aspects of practice at Cardiff University, developing a deeper interest in ethics, consent and patient communication. This reflects his belief that excellent dentistry is not just about technical skill, but also about trust, clarity and making sure every patient feels fully informed and cared for.

Above all, Imran wants patients to feel relaxed, confident and reassured — whether they are visiting for a simple check-up, a smile makeover or treatment they may have been putting off for years.

Dr Dahlia Sunba  Practice manager and Partner – 114240, BDS (Lond, 2007)

Dahlia qualified from King’s College London in 2007 and went on to build a broad and varied career across both general and surgical dentistry. She has worked in a number of practices and district hospitals across England, gaining valuable experience in caring for patients with a wide range of needs, concerns and expectations.

At Chelsea and Fulham Dentist, Dahlia plays a central role in making sure every patient’s experience feels smooth, reassuring and well looked after from the very first point of contact. Her focus is on the day-to-day running of the clinic and, just as importantly, the overall patient journey — ensuring that patients feel heard, supported and confident at every stage.

With her clinical background, Dahlia understands the questions and anxieties patients can have before starting treatment. Whether someone is enquiring about a routine appointment, a cosmetic consultation, Invisalign, dental implants, emergency care or a more complex treatment plan, she helps make the process feel clear, calm and straightforward.

Dahlia is often one of the first people patients communicate with when they contact the practice. She takes great care in responding to enquiries, answering questions and making sure concerns are handled thoughtfully and efficiently. Her warm and organised approach helps patients feel that they are in safe hands before they have even stepped through the door.

Behind the scenes, Dahlia works closely with the clinical and reception teams to ensure appointments, communication and treatment journeys are coordinated with care. Her priority is to help create an environment where patients feel welcomed, respected and genuinely looked after.

Above all, Dahlia is passionate about making the dental experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible — ensuring that every patient receives not only high-quality care, but also the kindness, clarity and attention they deserve.

Dr Sripal Kumar Dentist – GDC 240699 BDS (Sheff, 2012) MJDF Royal College of Surgeons

Sripal graduated from Sheffield University in 2012 and has since developed a particular interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, focusing greatly on minimally invasive treatments and dental implants.

Since qualifying, Sripal has furthered his knowledge in various aspects of dentistry, including dental implants, tooth wear, Invisalign, and composite bonding, taking mentorship from course leads of Spear and Pankey institutes.

In addition, Sripal has developed a keen interest in CAD-CAM and digital dentistry, enabling him to provide same-day ceramic restorations and utilise this alongside 3D scan data in planning implant cases.

Sripal is moving towards taking the FGDP Diploma in Implant Dentistry and is now involved in teaching and mentoring other dentists through the One to One Dental Education team in dental implants.

Taking pride in his delivery of high-quality, effective treatments, Sripal is passionate about patient care and working with patients to create effective treatment plans to restore their dental health, function, and aesthetics.

Outside of work, Sripal enjoys networking within the profession and attending study clubs to maintain and improve his knowledge. His interests include tennis and cars as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Dr Natalie McCreesh Dentist – GDC 243634 BDS (Glasgow, 2013)

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Dr. Natalie specialises in providing minimally invasive treatments that enhance smiles while preserving natural tooth structure. She has a particular passion for restorative and aesthetic dentistry and is deeply inspired by the transformative impact a beautiful smile can have on a patient’s confidence and overall quality of life.

Dr. Natalie’s expertise spans a range of dental procedures, including Invisalign, composite bonding, and porcelain veneers. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of dental innovation has fuelled her interest in fully digital workflows. These advanced approaches allow Dr. Natalie to deliver efficient, comfortable dental experiences with outcomes that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior for her patients.

Patient comfort and satisfaction are central to Dr. Natalie’s approach. She creates a welcoming environment, listens attentively to each patient’s needs, and provides personalised care that empowers her patients throughout their treatment journey. Her ultimate goal is to help every patient achieve their best smile through compassionate, minimally invasive, and innovative care.

Dr Shiraz Khan Dentist – GDC 244833 BDS (Birm, 2013)

Shiraz graduated from the University of Birmingham Dental School in 2013. Having successfully completed foundation training and winning several prizes, he finished his dental core training in a range of specialisms, including Restorative Dentistry at Croydon University Hospital, Guys, and St. Thomas’s.

Shiraz has heightened his profile at this, albeit early stage, being invited to lecture to young dentists around the country, as well as having lectured internationally. Most recently he has returned from Tehran, Iran lecturing at the EXCIDA 57th International Congress regarding aesthetic dentistry. Progressing in his career with additional post-graduate qualifications and building a portfolio of achievements means that Shiraz is nothing short of an aspirational individual.

He has recently completed his Masters in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Birmingham. Shiraz invests time into his career development and experience, regularly sharing with like-minded professionals. He has won the Fast Track 4 Award in recognition of his commitment to dentistry and becoming a leader of the future and has won the Best Young Dentist 2017 at the Dentistry Awards. Most recently his hard work and efforts were recognised by the Young Dentist Academy which appointed Shiraz to become The Director

Dr Nikita Desai Facial Aesthetics – GDC 272386

Nikita was born and raised in London. She obtained a BEng Dental Materials degree at the Queen Mary University of London before moving to Valencia, Spain, where she completed her dental degree Grado en Odontologia. Upon completion, she returned to London and pursued a career in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.

She heavily invested in her post-graduate education to make sure she is providing a high level of both dentistry and aesthetics with evidence-based care.

She has completed the prestigious 1-year cosmetic and restorative dentistry course with Dr. Chris Orr, as well as gaining further training in Invisalign orthodontics and advanced facial aesthetics.

With over 6 years of experience in treating patients with advanced aesthetic procedures, she is now a clinical trainer for the MATA training academy, where she trains and mentors healthcare professionals who are looking to enter the aesthetics industry and obtain a Level 7 qualification (Masters equivalent). Nikita also works at Beyond Medispa at the iconic Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge.

She is committed to delivering the best possible care to each of her patients, and she strongly believes treatments should be tailored to each individual. She specialises in bespoke treatment plans and provides a wide range of treatments such as toxins, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and PRP. She has a particular interest in regenerative medicine-based treatments and offers newer treatments like polynucleotides and exosomes.

Dr Fahad Taub Dentist –GDC 274521 BDS PGDip(RDP)(UCL)

Fahad is a dental surgeon who qualified from UCH-CEU (Spain) in 2017. He has since embarked on an MSc program in ‘Restorative Dental Practice’ at the prestigious UCL-Eastman Dental Institute. His practice is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care for patients.

Fahad’s skill set and training have enabled him to treat cases with a multidisciplinary approach. This ranges from providing short-term orthodontics through Invisalign®, to providing aesthetic smile enhancements using implants, veneers, crowns, and composite bonding.

‍Fahad’s talents extend beyond dentistry, as he is also a very able cook, as he has trained in one of the world’s best Michelin-starred kitchens prior to his dental career. His different life experiences enable him to be approachable, easy to talk to, and ideal at guiding patients through their various treatments.

Dr Sarah Akram  Orthodontist – GDC 154549

Sarah, a Specialist Orthodontist, graduated with distinction from King’s College London and secured a coveted spot in the institution’s speciality training program, earning her master’s simultaneously. Her thesis focused on 3D imaging and its applications in modern Orthodontics.

During her training, she served as a senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery at UCLH, Eastman Dental Hospital, and Great Ormond Street Hospital, gaining extensive experience in head and neck trauma, oncology, facial pain clinics, oral medicine, and complex surgical cases. Passionate about research, Sarah contributed to numerous research papers, particularly in photodynamic therapy for advanced head and neck cancers.

Sarah’s true joy lies in creating beautiful smiles. Renowned for her empathetic approach, she believes in the transformative impact of orthodontics on individuals’ quality of life and self-confidence. A dedicated listener, Sarah tailors care to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Dr. Mariana Alves Endodontics DMD(university of Lisbon, 2010) MMSc Endodontics (Harvard University, 2015) GDC: 286797

“My objective is to change people’s experiences and perceptions of root canal treatment. With great dedication to high-quality, painless patient care, I wish to create a relaxed environment where patients feel comfortable and at ease while delivering the highest quality treatments currently available.”

Dr. Mariana Alves graduated from the University of Lisbon, School of Dental Medicine, in 2010, top of her class. Upon completion of her degree, she remained connected to her university as a clinical instructor in the Endodontics department.

In 2015, Dr. Alves was selected from hundreds of highly qualified applicants in the U.S.A. and globally to undertake her specialist training in Endodontics at the world-renowned Harvard University, earning her Endodontics certificate and Master’s degree. During her time at Harvard, she was a clinical instructor for Endodontics and was awarded the Krakow Harvard Forsyth Endodontics Grant for research in Endodontics.

Since graduation, she has practised exclusively in Endodontics and Endodontic microsurgery. She is an assistant professor on the postgraduate programme in Endodontics at the University of Lisbon and lectures both nationally and internationally. She is registered with the GDC, a certified member of the European Society of Endodontology, a member of the American Association of Endodontics, and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.

Dr. Alves is passionate about healthcare. She understands that root canals can bring significant anxiety to patients and wishes to create a calm and comfortable environment for her patients. She always aims to deliver the highest quality treatment possible, relying on the latest technologies available.

Dr. Alves has two small children and, in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family, reading, jogging and gardening.

Soha Rashid Dental Hygienist – 292803

Soha Rashid is a distinguished graduate of King’s College, London, holding qualifications in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.

Recognised for excellence in her field, she was honoured with the Dental Therapist of the Year Award at the Oral Health Awards 2021.

Soha is dedicated to advancing her expertise in cosmetic dentistry and is actively involved in promoting awareness about dental therapists and the principles of eco-friendly dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and keeping fit.
