I want my teeth realigned. How can you help?
At Chelsea and Fulham Dentist, we can treat mild to moderate alignment issues with Invisalign. It is a system comprising clear plastic aligners that can’t be seen when worn over your teeth. They apply gentle pressure to move your teeth into the desired position over a period of 6 to 18 months. They are bespoke fitted to your mouth thanks to iTero technology from which a 3D scan of your mouth is taken and measurements recorded to have your aligners manufactured just for you. Your Dentist Fulham will also be able to show you an animation of how your teeth will look after treatment too! You can remove the aligners for up to 2 hours a day, affording you flexibility and convenience in your treatment. There is even a special range for teenagers! We are a ‘Platinum Elite’ provider, so you can be sure you’ll be in safe hands.
Can you replace missing teeth?
There are a number of treatment options, including dentures, crowns and bridges. However, dental implants, allow these to be securely fitted to your mouth and not go anywhere! Implants are titanium screws that are attached to the jaw bone to which the replacement teeth may be fixed using an abutment. Once fitted, you don’t need to worry – they will look like natural teeth and act like them too. You can eat whatever you want, without the fear that they will loosen and embarrass you at dinner! The aesthetic result is always amazing (or at least that’s what our 5-star reviews suggest) and nobody will know you don’t have your natural teeth.
