Dental practices are not exactly everyone’s favourite place to visit (with the exception of some of our clientele!). People are often anxious before they have even arrived. Sometimes scheduling errors occur or a miscommunication can upset patients and staff alike. In short, like any business, we have bad days. We don’t do paid advertising. All our patients arrive organically to our door through word of mouth referrals and via the world-wide web. Often, when I ask patients that have found us through the internet why they chose Chelsea and Fulham Dentist from the hundreds of surrounding clinics, they will tell us it’s because of our positive Google reviews.
So why do so many people contact us when they want their teeth straightened with Dr Imran – it’s because of you! Why will they call to book non-surgical treatments like Botox, fillers and rhinoplasties with Dr Alexandra – it’s down to you. Why do people ring to request an appointment with our multi-award winning Dr Shiraz – you again!
