What we offer

Whether you need general dentistry, realigning your teeth, teeth whitening, emergency dental care or facial aesthetic treatment, we have treatments to meet your needs. Chelsea and Fulham’s roots date back to 1959, so we’ve been doing this a while and we know what works. We are also a certified practice for treating nervous patients, so you can rest assured that whatever treatment you need, this dentist in Fulham will understand that it may not feel easy to pursue, even though you really want the end result. For this reason, we like to get to know our patients as individuals and treat you in a way that suits you best. We won’t rush your treatment and we will explain everything in depth to ensure you understand what is involved. We will take things at your pace and you decide upon the treatment you are happy with; we will never force you into anything you aren’t comfortable with.

Invisalign

If you have misaligned teeth, you may want to do something about realigning them, but don’t fancy having fixed, metal braces. Thanks to Invisalign, there is now a way you can realign your teeth discreetly using clear plastic aligners that may be removed when you are eating or brushing your teeth. The aligners sit over the teeth and rest on the gumline (a bit like a rugby gum shield, but much more streamline!) They apply gentle pressure to your teeth to move them gradually into the desired position.

The beauty of Invisalign is that you can remove them when you are playing sport or have a special occasion – the choice is yours! You simply need to aim to wear them for 22 hours a day on average, allowing you lots of flexibility to remove them when you need to. As the aligners are clear plastic, they are almost impossible for other people to see and so they are huge favourites amongst patients. They treat mild to moderate alignment issues, and you are given sets of aligners to take home, so you only need to come in for a checkup every 6 weeks on average. In between this, you will change your aligners each week. All aligners are bespoke fitted to your mouth thanks to the iTero digital scan that gets the measurements from your mouth, and it can produce a 3D animation of what your mouth will look like after treatment for that added incentive to wear your aligners every day and night!
